Borvor Finance plc (Borvor) is an MFI originating from an NGO development project to become the Cambodian Community Savings Federation (CCSF) registering in 2002. In 2007, CCSF was licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) as a rural credit operator and in 2017 became Borvor Finance plc under the new NBC regulations.
Borvor began in 2002 and first partnered with Oikocredit in 2019.
